Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours after making the payment if the production work is not started in the company by that time. In that case 95% full amount paid by the customer for the product will be refunded by Green Hopper Pvt Ltd within 10 days.

If the customer wants to cancel the order after starting the production work, Company will calculate the expense for executing the production work till that day. This expense includes cost of materials used for production, labour, engineer’s supervision, electricity and other related processing charges.

If the amount paid by the customer is more than this expense, the difference between the amount paid by the customer and expense of production work till that day will be refunded by Green Hopper Pvt Ltd to customer.
